Support group for women living with disability and chronic physical illness.
Living with disability and chronic illness can be stressful and isolating.
We may experience:
- Social isolation
- Financial and employment difficulties
- Depression
- Anger and fear
- Grief and a sense of loss
- Self esteem issues
- Disruption in our close and relationships
This new weekly group will provide a facilitated, safe and supportive environment in which we can explore the difficult and painful areas of our experience, share our stories, learn from each other, grow our self esteem and nurture our self worth.
Every Monday 2.00pm – 4.30pm
