We offer a range of workshops and groups for lesbians, gay men and bisexual people, which provide a rare opportunity to meet others in a non-commercial environment. We focus on different aspects of lgb life and personal development. Workshops are a chance to talk about your own experiences and hear about those of others. We aim for them to be safe, friendly and relaxed, with a mix of activities that allow people to participate in a way that’s right for them.
Our workshops are usually free and are provided by experienced, professional facilitators. They usually run over a weekend or eight evenings. Workshops include group discussions, information-giving and exercises you do on your own, in pairs or small groups. There will be a chance to learn skills and strategies for dealing with the issues discussed, and time to think about how to apply these in your life.

Some people are nervous or wary about going on a workshop, because it’s a new experience or because they think it might be a waste of time. Most people who come to our workshops find them valuable and many are surprised at how well they get to know the other participants in such a short space of time.
