PACE has 21 full and part-time employees and a team of volunteers, including counsellors and administrative support.
We aim to have a diverse and welcoming team that reflects the diversity of our service users.
We also aim to be an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications regardless of race, gender, disability or sexual orientation (although some positions are open only to lesbian, gay, bisexual or transgender applicants).
Due to the nature of our work within the LGBT community some of our roles are exempt from the Equality Act 2010 under the "occupational requirement" exemption clause. For further reference please see Equality Act 2010: Equality Act 2010 Code of Practice: Employment Statutory Code of Practice - Chapter 13 (2.3): http://tinyurl.com/64t2xhc
